Are you engaged in an international partnership? Would you like to spend time with your partners and develop your partnership and work together on a new project?
Then you have the chance to attend DUF’s International Partner Seminar!
Once again, the Danish Youth Council (DUF) will host a partner seminar for you and your partners! It is a great possibility for you to check in with each other, develop ideas, network with other international project groups and get inspired.
There will both be free worktime for you to work on relevant issues concerning your partnership or your projects by yourself, as well as workshops and sessions on different topics by DUF. There will also be the possibility to get counselling and advice from one of DUF’s international advisors.
- Who: 2 participants from a Danish DUF member organization and 2 participants from their partner organisation
- Age range: 18-30
- Deadline for applying 7th of April 23.59
You should apply if you:
- Want to meet with your partners face to face in Denmark
- Want to develop your partnership and cocreate new ideas and strategies for moving forward in your partnership
- Want to be inspired and meet other young volunteers from around the world
- Would like to develop or get new skills and hands-on tools for your project implementation

Costs
DUF covers all expenses — including national and international travel, meals, vaccinations, insurance, visa costs, etc.
Application
You must apply together as a partnership, 2 from the DUF member organization and 2 from the partner-organisation.
You must apply to one of the two tracks:
- Project application track: here you will get time and guidance to make a new application for DUF’s international pool
- Partnership track: here we will focus on developing your partnerships dynamics, how to better work together and improve intercultural communication
Part of the program will be in the two tracks and other parts will be plenary with the participants from both tracks.
Your application must include:
- Your motivation for participating in the Partner Seminar
- How your partnership can benefit from your participation
There is no fixed format for the application — you may submit a motivational letter, PowerPoint presentation, video, photos, collage, podcast, painting, scrapbook, brochure, etc.
You do not need to include a CV or list of achievements — we prioritize engagement and motivation.
