This workshop provides an introduction to the international Shift the Power agenda, which focuses on moving decision-making power, responsibility, and resources closer to the people and communities most directly affected by the challenges projects seek to address. You will also gain practical tools for intercultural collaboration and insights into how DUF’s International Pool and the application portal can support more equitable partnerships.
