The Cross-political network<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

DUF\u2019s Cross-Political Network is a Danish-Ukrainian initiative that supports Ukrainian politically engaged youth-led civil society in their work for democratic reform and in enhancing young people\u2019s influence on political decision-making.<\/p>

The Cross-Political Network supports Ukrainian youth parties and political youth organisations in establishing cross-party dialogue and building democratic youth wings in political parties. It provides a platform where youth politicians can meet and debate across political lines, party affiliations, and national borders. In doing so, the network enhances young people\u2019s participation in Ukrainian multiparty democracy, while supporting youth participation in the country\u2019s political landscape.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Dialogue and capacaty building<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Twice a year, members of the Cross-Political Network gather for seminars where they exchange experiences, receive\u00a0training in dialogue<\/strong>, and gain inspiration from external speakers. Through sessions and workshops, the seminars promote cross-party dialogue, build mutual understanding, strengthen conflict resolution skills, and support a constructive democratic conversation amongst participants.<\/p>

The seminars also focus on\u00a0capacity building<\/strong>, enabling participants to become greater resources for their own organisations and as political leaders. Members are introduced to each other\u2019s political activities and gain insight into how different parties operate.<\/p>

This supports DUF\u2019s overarching\u00a0youth-to-youth approach<\/strong> and gives the seminars a format in which participants are equipped with the tools and competencies needed to return to their own parties and pass on what they have learned.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
