How do our differences across cultures, countries or social backgorund affect the way we approach the world around us? And how we utilise our differences for the benefit of our joint project, and how can intercultural skills help us prevent misunderstandings?

These are important questions to consider with your partner organisation at any time.

Join this online workshop to:

Gain a new perspective on your own cultural ‘glasses’ and how they affect the way you understand yourself and others.
Start a conversation about the different cultural understandings in your partnership, and what opportunities and challenges this may bring.
Get an introduction to dialogue as a value and a method to make your differences a strength

Target group:

The workshop is targeted to volunteers and employees who are engaged in an international partnership project under DUFs international pool. The workshop works best if you team up with members of your partner organization and attend the workshop together.

Practicalities:

A zoom link will be sent to you before the workshop. Please remember to be aware of time zone differences (the stated time is CEST).
